The place is a madhouse during the weekdays. Nannies and stay-at-home moms and dads bring their kids there while they plop themselves on the benches that surround the park. It's especially popular in the summer because of its sprayground, which is the reason my kids love Turtle Park so much. While it's the simplest of all the local spraygrounds, it is by far, theirs and my favorite. It basically consists of six big sprays in the middle and four small sprays on the side. That's it. What I like about it is that it is fenced in and it has soft rubber tiles which are perfect for active toddlers.
I'm guessing that as my kids get older, they will not be as fond of the simple spray ground or the tot lot-type playground. But for now, they love Turtle Park and we will continue to spend many of our summer days there.
Drew loves running through the sprays
